Welcome to BurgerShot

BurgerShot is one of the city's most active food establishments. Our success is built on professionalism, consistency, and respect.

  • All customers are treated equally - no exceptions.
  • When on duty, you represent the BurgerShot brand at all times.

Structure

  • Owners / Partners - Full operational control
  • General Manager - Daily operations & performance
  • Events Manager - City events & planning
  • Managers - Staff supervision & enforcement
  • Employees - Service, food prep, restocking
  • Trainees - Training & development

Employment Expectations

Minimum Hours

  • Employees: 2 hours/week
  • Managers+: 3 hours/week

Failure to meet hours requires:

  • Notice before Friday 11:59 PM
  • Valid reason
  • Management approval

All LOA requests must go through business email.

Core Policies

  • No drama or outside conflict
  • Equal treatment for all
  • No loitering
  • Streaming must follow rules (no training streams)
  • No misinformation - escalate if unsure

Clocking Rules

You may clock in when:

  • Working in-store
  • Running food truck
  • Attending events

You may NOT clock in when:

  • Idle or off-site

Inaccurate logging may result in disciplinary action.

Sales & Responsibility

  • Employees handle their own customers fully
  • No stealing or sharing customers
  • Plushie sales must be logged correctly
  • Failure to log = no payment

Uniform & Conduct

  • Full uniform required
  • No masks, gang wear, or visible weapons
  • Professional behaviour at all times

Food Truck Rules

  • Employee 1+ only
  • No store stock usage
  • No restricted locations
  • Operator responsible for inventory

Stock Standards

  • 50 Mains
  • 25 Drinks
  • 50 Specials
  • 10 Sides

Prime Time

BurgerShot must operate during 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM.

Minimum 1 hour open required.

Conduct & Reputation

  • Respect all customers
  • No toxic behaviour
  • Protect BurgerShot reputation

Compliance

Follow all TARP and federal regulations.

Escalate issues - do not enforce law yourself.

Discipline

  1. Warning
  2. Strike
  3. Termination

Strikes last 90 days.

Trainee Rules

  • Probation period applies
  • Cannot work alone
  • Must complete training within 2 weeks

Employee Meals

  • Must be logged
  • Unlogged meals = deducted / theft
